ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Grassy Greeting yard card rentals must be paid in full when ordered. Yard Cards are subject to availability.
Note: messaging Grassy Greetings South Bay is NOT placing an order.
Order Process
Once your order is received. We will only contact you if needed with any questions, clarifications, or confirmation of delivery area, & display location. As stated above, Invoice must be paid in full to reserve your requested date and is subject to availability. The GGSB yard cards are rentals only. Rush orders are subject to a $50 service charge.
DELIVERY AND SET UP
Delivery Area
Delivery is ONLY available for the following cities: El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Lomita, and Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills Estates.
Delivery time will be between 5AM-8AM on the date requested. Exact time will be determined by Grassy Greetings South Bay. *
Pick up will be after 8PM on the evening of your rental. *
*Unless other arrangements have been made for an alternate delivery time.
GGSB does not install at Beaches, Parks, and some Public locations.
Set Up/Removal
Our yard card rentals are installed before 7:00am and picked up after 8pm on the same day. Late pickups can be discussed upon request and availability. For schools we typically take down after school releases.
We do not make contact when we arrive, deliver, set up, or pick up your yard card rental.
Placement
Our GGSB staff will choose accent pieces and letters based on the information provided by you. We do our best to choose items reflecting the interests/hobbies/colors listed on the order form. Specific accents and placement of individual letters are at the discretion of Grassy Greetings South Bay. Once placed, repositioning or removal of all yard card pieces is prohibited. If the Grassy Greetings South Bay business signs are removed from where we place them, a $50 loss of advertisement fee will be sent to the responsible party.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must do so 72 hours in advance to receive a 50% refund or credit towards rescheduling. which must be used within 12 months.
Yard Maintenance & Preparation
We kindly ask that you clean up any pet poo and/or trash out of the yard before delivery.
It is very important that you water your lawn for a few days prior to your display delivery date to insure that we are able to set up your yard card rental. Currently, we are not able to service yards with artificial lawns, unless you have a patch of soft dirt we are able to use for the display. Please see contract for more details.
We ask that you turn off your sprinklers and not to mow or trim on the day your greeting is displayed in your lawn.
Weather
Most of the time, our beautiful South Bay weather is amazing. Therefore, it should not be an issue.
Sometimes weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up the yard card rental display or delay set up/pick up times. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, high winds and any other Acts of God. This would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund.
We encourage you to take TONS of pictures and pose safely next to the display :)
